Since 2010, we have grown across Canada into 7 provinces and counting. We started with a team of 3 and have grown that to over 150 that work across 14 locations.
Our organization has a plan to grow its business in Canada to 30 locations. We then will focus our attention to the United States and European markets to further expand our team. We believe in diversifying our team so that we can have more exposure to emerging markets and to scale the size of our business.
We started our journey in Toronto, ON where we learned the industry by representing Rogers Communications. Soon enough we decided to work independently and opened our first office in Halifax, NS in January of 2010 selling for Eastlink and Moneris. As we learned the struggle of starting a company, the lessons we learned gave us the motivation to grow our business in its second year by opening a second location.
Our growth continued in the west with offices in Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Regina representing large telecom providers. Companies such as Bell MTS, SaskTel and Telus have partnered with our sales teams and management to acquire new customers by face to face contact using leads they provide us.
Since 2012, our organization has seen over 400 percent growth in the size of our sales force due to the many successful partnerships we have created. Our strategy has been to internally promote our top sales personnel
